Becoming a member is easy. Just click here to go the DignityUSA membership form that you can print and mail or fax to our national headquarters at Dignity/USA. Membership in Dignity/Boston is maintained on a national level at Dignity/USA. All membership lists are kept completely confidential. Your name and address will not be released to any other organization. Scholarship funds are available. Dignity/Boston has established a scholarship fund for the benefit of our members. This scholarship will pay for one year's membership to DignityUSA and is available to all students and any person in need of financial assistance.
